Cancellation & Refund Policy

OKKG ENTERPRISES believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a flexible cancellation and refund policy.

1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellations will be considered only if requested immediately after placing the order/service.
  • Cancellation may not be possible if the request has already been accepted or processed by the vendor/service provider.
  • Perishable items/services are not eligible for cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be processed only if the service is not delivered or there is a valid issue.
  • If the product/service is defective or not as described, report within 7 days.
  • All refund requests are subject to verification.
3. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • OKKG ENTERPRISES is not responsible for bank/payment gateway delays.
